It’s just water and artifical flavoring, so yeah.

  2. Most aren’t 0cal, but close enough – so that one serving size is rounded down. I thiiiiink that the last zero cal drink I bought had like 5cal a litre, so one serving size (100ml) was 0cal

While I can’t speak on the science of it, drinking zero calorie drinks like this and soda have never hindered my weight loss efforts.

From my understanding, in the US if something is less than five calories then they’re legally allowed to advertise it as zero calories- like tictacs. So like… it’s low calorie enough to where it may as well be if you aren’t drinking like 100 of them or something.

They can max have like 5-10 cals in them legally and call themselves zero cals, so drink away!!!

It’s just carbonated water with a little flavor, it’s not juice

It depends on your country but in Canada I’m pretty sure if it’s 5 calories or less, they’re legally allowed to say 0 calories.
