Do you like cilantro?

1 cup Quinoa cook according to the package
10 asparagus or a bunch cooked or raw
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
1 carrot shredded
1 cup edamame beans cooked

Dressing
1/2 cup hempseeds
1 lemon juices or 2 limes
2 or 3 garlic cloves
2/3 cup water
1 bunch of cilantro
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp sea salt or to taste
Dash of Cayenne pepper

I have been vegan for over 6 years and
this is one of my high protein salads it
is full of protein and fiber with a
beautiful cilantro dressing you need
cilantro garlic hem seeds water and
lemon as well as some honey or maple
syrup and salt as well as C pepper just
blend and it’s all done as for the salad
we add quinoa asparagus carrots red
pepper and onion and some green beans
and the cilantro dressing the full
