sorry for the weird lighting but i ended up making these pizza (cupcakes?) bites with some homemade dough which! was my first time ever making anything with yeast so needless to say it was kind of a disaster lmao.

i had no idea how to work the dough or how to roll it out and make it fit into my cupcake tin- which ended up being way too small to properly fit the dough because it kept??? rising??? in the pan??? i rushed to add the filling (sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni) and threw it in at 425°F for around 15 minutes before turning it down to 400°F for another,, 5 or so. i stopped tracking the time and just kept looking and i STILL don’t know if it’s fully cooked or if that’s just what cooked dough looks like? i really can’t tell if it’s slightly undercooked or if it’s supposed to be slightly mushy? it’s definitely bread-y that’s for sure

    Friend of mine does something similar, but he rolls them into little balls. Calls them homemade pizza rolls. They’re fucking awesome lol
