    How many layers of glazing did you do? I normally do 2-3 glazes of maple sirup on my salmon and my glaze never look as thick as yours.

  2. Beautiful. I’ve got two sides in the fridge that I just started curing today. Hoping to get them cold smoked before the weather gets too warm. Gonna try hot smoking some next – can’t wait to try out a lovely glaze like yours.
