After a long wait the grinder was finally delivered. Took a few attempts but dialing in was thankfully not too difficult πŸ™πŸ» Loving the coffee so far, will move to learning milk texturing next.

One thing I realized is how difficult it is to record, especially when pulling the shot manually and controlling the timer on the scale πŸ˜‚ Will hopefully find a way and post a video to get feedback.

Just want to add that I am thankful to this wonderful community. I am new to the world of espresso but was able to learn a lot by reading all the feedback and comments here. Be kind and keep supporting each other ❀️

    Looks like you have a nicely thought-out setup there with your machines as well as accessories–good for you! Now the fun play and work starts–don’t let any occasional frustration get to you. There are good shots and lesser-good shots, and the proportion hopefully goes up in your favor. πŸ™‚
