RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
Fill with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Marinara sauce 2 teaspoons.
Red paprika 1 teaspoon.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
Drain the water.
Greek Yogurt 250g / 8.81oz.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
1 garlic.
Honey 1 tablespoon.
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
1 red onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 hot paprika.
Pine nuts 3 tablespoons.
Fry until done.
Parsley.
Top with Greek yogurt, then cauliflower.
Drizzle with tahini dressing (2 parts tahini, 1 part soy sauce, 3 parts water).

  1. I don’t often stop on new cooking videos. I already have a team of chefs that I follow. However, this may be the most beautiful Arien dish I’ve ever seen in my life!

    The colors totally pop!

  3. I would make this right now if someone would come in behind me and clean up the dishes. That's too many dirty dishes for me to deal with. Looks delicious though!

  4. I am a whole food fan and prefer to prepare meals from scratch, and my pantry reflects that. The only 2 items I will have to go to the market fot are the cauliflower and the pepper. This is not "heat and serve", but there is nothing difficult about the recipe and it can certainly be tweaked for different health or flavour preferences. I am looking forward to giving this a go!

  5. This looks delicious, I'll love to make it. What ingredient can you replace the tomatoes, onion, garlic and lemon with, if you have acid reflux whereby you cannot eat them

  6. Looks like a lot of work and a lot of dirty dishes for some cauliflower. Just steam it in the microwave, a little lemon juice salt or just cheese and your done.
