I have it. Does a wonderful job. Just don’t forget to coat it with flour ( rice flour does the best for me)

Yeah I use one when I make boules, it’s absolutely fine. Nothing really to recommend it specifically, though I use this one as it has steeper sides than my other circular banneton.

They also sell an oven-proof glass roasting dish with lid that makes a great ditch oven and is much cheaper than most. It’s called Buren in UK. I’ve been using mine for 10 years

I got it last month from Ikea, it’s does the job perfect. Little bit of Rice flour with dust do magic.
