That yucateco lineup is ridiculous. I’ve never been to a grocery store that has the whole lineup. I’d probably go with the black label or the xxxtra hot if I had to pick just one

Red goes great on chicken, XXX for general purpose, and Caribbean to spice up rice and starches. I wish my store had the rarer ones, can’t seem to find the marisco or the ghost locally to try.
