Chocolate cake with strawberry puree filling, chocolate American buttercream, meringue mushrooms and edible moss (microwave cake). Got to try a lot of new things with this one and I'm so thrilled it turned out how I envisioned!

Ooh love that!! These are everywhere right now. My favorite way of getting the mossy look is crumb up some cake and mix with food coloring. It comes out so good. You did great!
