Your egg is overcooked on the bottom and undercooked on top. Either lower the heat or cover it in the last 2 minutes. Covering it briefly cooks the top whites but leaves the yolk runny.

My comfort meal is garlic fried rice, fried eggs with some sambal belacan which is chili paste with some shrimp paste in it, highly recommended if you don’t mind the funkiness of shrimp paste
