I originally found this recipe from a vegan influencer on IG (vegangrubhouse) and I’ve spent the week tweaking it to my liking. It turned out so amazing that I have to share it with you guys! It’s literally like having cake for breakfast.
Cake recipe
-35 grams oat flour (I just blended up rolled oats)
-15 grams protein powder of your liking
-3 grams baking powder
-140 mL milk
-8 grams cacao powder
-1 egg
-dash of vanilla
-pinch of salt
Mix everything together and microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes depending on how firm you like it. (The original vegan recipe called for water and no egg.)
Top with berries (I microwaved some frozen ones) and Greek yogurt.
