    Wow, your loaves are beautiful!

    I got a dill + white cheddar loaf and a regular loaf going. Also some sourdough cinnamon buns! Yum!

    The usual spring stuff:

    – cockroach bread

    – 0% hydration bread

    – bread but boiled

    – bread but fried

    – Miracle Bread (instead of yeast I just stick random pieces of mold). (It worked once)

    – cake that looks strikingly like the president of USA

    – bread, but I add a ton of eggs, butter, sugar and whatever, and use baking powder instead of yeast. It works out great, I think I may be onto a new type of bread!

    Nice crumb! I’m baking malted brownies right now. They’ll get sliced and rolled into croissants on Sunday.

    Those look wonderfully light and airy!

    Taking a first stab at sandwich breads tomorrow: (1) sourdough and (2) whole wheat. Sunday, discard chocolate chip cookies and sourdough pizza crust.

    I have cinnamon roll dough in the fridge doing a sleepover. I will bake them in the morning.
