Help! We were in Osaka recently and ordered at a small tsukemen ramen shop with no English anywhere. We literally just picked what we wanted by looking at the pictures and hoped for the best. The broth was mildly spicy and we think it was either chicken or pork. It was absolutely incredible but we have no clue what we ate! Can you help me identify this soup?
