If it has “pepper extract” it will probably taste bad. Never had this one but the Ghost pepper one is nasty on its own. Adds great spice to a dish though.

I like this one. The only Dave’s I’ve had that didn’t taste like shit. Dave’s ghost pepper is probably the worst hot sauce I’ve ever had. Granted I haven’t tried Da Bomb.

2 sample bottles of Lola’s Hot Sauce, the Trinidad Scorpion and Ghost Pepper. They both taste good, but don’t seem to have much heat.

Just got little bottles of Melinda’s habanero honey mustard (excellent) and yellow bird habanero (also fantastic), both will probably become staples

Boulder Hot Sauce [Harry’s Habanero](https://www.boulderhotsauce.com/products/harry-s-habanero). Somehow they’ve only made 2 sauces for like 20 years. I love this one… it’s not super hot, but has just the perfect saltiness and smokiness. I go through it too fast.
