I seen in Philadelphia at some cheese steak places this is what they have as one of their condiments to go on their cheese steaks which is nice with a crunchy kick . I was in Pittsburgh in the strip district sometime ago and in one of the market stores I bought a jar like this of jalapenos because why not. Go big or go home I guess.
