I remembered an old dish I used to make when I was more broke. It's healthiness is debatable but it just feels wholesome. Chickpea patties made by mashing 2lbs (dry) cooked chickpeas. Added a sautéed red bell pepper, a bunch of green onions, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, and hefty additions of curry powder, additional turmeric, cumin, and salt and pepper. Some paprika and cayenne as well. Mash mash mix mix. I used 1 egg in addition too just because I had it. They are a little crumbly but hold together well enough to then crisp in a pan with some oil. Service over basmati rice I cooked in the rice cooker, then tossed in a pan with butter, enough turmeric to cover, and peas. Made a yogurt sauce as well. Half a container of plain greek, zest and juice of a lemon, fine chopped mint and cilantro, salt and garlic.

3rd pic probably qualifies more as a "high protein dessert" because of my topping choices, but I'll be eating it for breakfast. I blended 48oz cottage cheese, half a container plain greek yogurt, a full tub of a vanilla Greek yogurt I like, and enough milk that it would blend. That's the "cheesecake" base. Then I added cherry topping… yeah maybe not the healthiest but I really wanted the cherry vibe, didn't wanna pit a bunch of fresh cherries (don't even think I can get em right now actually) and i had a bad experience with frozen cherries once so canned cherry pie filling it was. I also bought graham crackers… but next time I'll probably do frozen berries I cook down a bit and granola
