📝 Recipe step by step:
1. Roll some baking dough while making it thin.
2. Spread some melted butter.
3. Roll it again and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
4. Cut it in even pieces and place them in the form.
5. Refrigerate again for 30 min.
– Preheat oven to 200°C –
6. In a sauce pan, boil at low heat 500 ml Milk with some vanilla for 7-8 minutes.
7. Alternatively in another bowl mix 6 Egg Yolks with 120 g Sugar, 20 g Corn Starch and some salt.
8. Add the Yolks mixture in to the sauce pan after boiling for 7-8 minutes and mix again at low heat until it thickens.
9. Let the mixture cool down before placing in the form.
10. Cook them in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
11. Sprinkle some cinnamon and let them cool.
12. Enjoy :D!
