Recently got into the whole sourdough bread making experience and had to see what else I could make using my sourdough starter. Occasionally, I get the craving for an everything bagel with cream cheese so I decided that it was time to make some bagels. I used the recipe from The Pantry Mama and boy oh boy they were delicious and super easy to make!
Also, if you have a toddler, this is such a fun experience to bake together.

So you just used parchment paper; bagel boards not necessary?! I was gonna make some but have not gotten around to it yet (both the bagel boards, and the bagels).
