    Roasted veggies and chicken thigh. Just a simple coat of olive oil on the chicken, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, dried thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Cooked the chicken at 400°F for ~45 minutes, then tossed the veggies in the remaining seasoned oil and cooked them at 425° while resting the chicken, for about 25-30ish minutes.
