CHICKEN TIKKA FLATBREAD RECIPE
(Serves 2)

Marinade 2 chopped chicken thigh fillets in 2 tbsp yoghurt and 4 tsp tikka paste – mix well and leave to marinade for at least an hour but ideally overnight.
To cook, place the chicken pieces in the air fryer and air fry for 13-15 min at 200C. Meanwhile, mix 4 tbsp yoghurt with a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp dried mint.
Cook the Schar Gluten Free Flatbreads in the oven for 4 minutes (sprinkle each side with a little water). When everything is ready, spread the yoghurt onto the flatbreads, top with rocket, chicken, and then a drizzle of your favourite mango chutney!

it’s time for breakfast and unlike my
usual days I normally have eggs but
today I’m trying use sha qule um which
you can get in the Frozen oil they come
in a pack I think like four in here um
and you can basically keep them in the
freezer so they didn’t go off and then
just bake them um and they’re really
they look really flaky actually I’m
really excited to try these so I’m going
to try putting ham and cheese in mine
because I feel like this is something I
used to have pre Celiac but yeah so this
is my Quant I’m about to bake it up
while I have a coffee and make some
breakfast oh and just there’s a Sil side
note they do chocolate ones as well
which are insane um I’m going for the
plain ones today cuz I really fancied
ham and cheese in them but oh these are
getting bed at the weekend so good to
have us this little stashed in there
it’s like the most beautiful morning so
I thought I’d come out and just check on
my bulbs find some spring bulbs these
were very pretty um but the flowers died
so I don’t actually know what they are
now but yeah look at these just getting
a little bit of sunshine with my morning
coffee before I start the
day once The Quon was cooked and moment
of appreciation for how flaky and
amazing this Quon is I decided to stuff
it with some pocito and a slow of eam
cheese and then I just popped it back
back in the oven just because I wanted
the cheese to get nice and melty and it
was amazing I’ll be honest with you here
this yeah I’ve Nel both sides could be
my new favorite breakfast like it is
so oh it’s so flaky I feel like I used
to eat stuff like this all the time
before SE here a
crunch look how blaky it is
oh so I’ve just set off a slow cooker
recipe um this is my sort of setup in my
conservatory at the moment I’m testing
some recipes today and this week so this
is like going to be a honey garlic
chinesey sort of chicken so I’m just
going to leave that there to cook and
I’ll film the rest of that later whilst
I get on with some more
work don’t get me wrong I love the extra
sunshine and daylight at this time of
year but it’s 10 9 and I already have a
stack of washing up um so this is you
know real life food
blogging every day in my kitchen looks
like this and this is actually pretty
good um compared to what it’s normally
like so this is my chicken ready for
lunch I’m going to make some chicken te
flat breads but I just think it tastes
so much better when the chicken’s
marinated so I just used some Greek
yogurt and then some chicken Tika paste
and I po this all together in this bowl
going to wrap it with clean fil put it
in the fridge and then that will be
ready when I want to make it for
lunchtime and I’m going to try and make
it in the air fryer cuz I think that
work really well so yeah this is going
in into the fridge ready for lunch and I
suppose I better actually get dressed um
cuz I’m still in my pajamas um top tip
when you’re making
recipes always
remember to actually turn the sow cooker
on good job I just remembered that 20
minutes into what I thought was a 3-hour
waiting
time start the timer
again okay I’m looking and feeling
slightly more presentable now probably
should wear some other pajamas as I feel
like I’m always wearing the same pajamas
in these videos I do wear other ones and
I do wash those pajamas the reason I
have set my camera up now is I wanted to
show you a few goodies that I’ve bought
recently um so this video is very kindly

and incorporate into some meals today to

first up my absolute favorite are these
flatbreads I obsessed with them and I
was very excited when I went to S bre to
buy these cuz they were on like NE offer
I think for £2 so I was very happy to
get those I really love them as a cheeky
breakfast put like bit bacon egg and
some uh like of that plastic burger
cheese oh I love it I’ve got a really
cool lunch idea for those I’m going to
um heat the flatbread up I’m going to
put like a mint yogurt and then the
chicken te chunks that I’ve got
marinading at the moment um which I’m
going to cook in the air fryer and then
a bit of salad and some mango chutney
and oh I think it’s going to be amazing
and then I also picked up some of these
sh CH rolls I haven’t had these for ages
I don’t know how you can see through the
pack but they’re like a decent size um
and they’re really like soft look how
squishy they are um I really really like
these and I thought I’d stock up on
those for the freezer but I have got um
one of the sh ready meals for dinner
tonight so I thought I may make some
like cheeky garlic bread can’t beat a
bit of garlic bread and these Chata
rolls are perfect for making that
and then I’m very very excited because
sha also sent me their brand new marble
cake to try which I haven’t had before
um that’s what it looks like and um yeah
it just it looks really nice it feels
kind of like squishy and do you know
what I think I might make a coffee and
have a cheeky slice
now a look at
that
M it’s like really light and soft and I
feel like I could accidentally eat quite
a lot of this oh I tell you what this
would be amazing for like a trifle
sponge oh like a chocolate
trifle I may have to bank that one for
recipe
testing really good for that guys I
cannot wait to eat this flatbread look
at it um so this is the sh flat bread
and then I made this minty yogurt where
I basically mix Greek yogurt and a
little bit dried mint and some salt and
then I pop some rocket on top of that
and then these lovely Char grilled
chunks of chicken that I did in the air
fryer and a little dollop of mango
chutney on top and just look at how like
flexible and amazing these flatbreads
are I just can’t wait to eat that just
had a little check on my recipe so I’ve
now shredded the chicken and added some
corn flour on my gosh it is smelling
incredible so for dinner I’m having the
shark canalone ready meal I’ve tried
this before and I bloody love it it’s so
nice to find canalone it’s one of the
things that I really miss being Celiac
and there’s like no camalon out there so
this is going to get demolished um
Steve’s working late and I’m going to go
to the gym so I thought I’ll eat this
I’ll catch up on Married at First Sight
Australia because
it is quality television and then I’m
going to go to the gym and then I’ll
come back and graay up a snack and
that’ll be my day done so I’m going to
actually cook this in the oven so this
is a one portion one and I thought you
could just microwave it but I’m going to
do it in the oven cuz i’ got a bit of
time I thought I’d make a cheeky bit of
garlic bread to go with it let’s cook
this bad boy up canalone is in the oven
and then I just used these Shier batter
balls um to make this really easy garlic
bread so I just melted a bit of butter
with some garlic paste and salt and a
little bit Rosemary like a little bit of
Rosemary on my garlic bread they’re like
so soft and Squishy I’ll pop this in for
the last 10 minutes and then it should
all be ready at the same
time oh Moment of Truth oh my word that
smells so
good so this is my dinner the Sha
canalone with some lovely crusty garlic
bread um I cannot wait to eat this I may
have made it a little bit sloppy putting
it on a plate it’s got like all that
like spinachy Ricotta and like a bashal
sauce I think and tomato sauce and
cheese on top oh it looks so good and
then Super Saucy so I can dunk my garlic
bread into that I don’t know if anyone
does this when they have a really good
meal but it was so
good I’ve going to like lit the spatula
and eat the remnants from the
carton I waste any
that was epic so one thing I really like
to do um when I’m having a really crazy
weekl this week is to raid the freezer
and hope that P Sarah has been back to
cooking some recipes and today I’m in
luck because I have got something
perfect for lunch tomorrow this Mexican
pool chicken is in the winter warmers
section of my book so it’s on
page 163 of my book delicious cfree
meals um and it actually has a slow
cooker method so I made this a few weeks
ago in this slow cooker um this is
frozen solid but I’m going to defrost
this and I’ve got half a leftover pack
of brown rice so that is going to be a
perfect meal tomorrow that I can take to
the gym for my lunch and yeah I’ll just
sleep a little bit easier knowing that
I’ve got tomorrow’s food half prepped
already just thought I’d show you this
finished recipe so I’m making a new
recipe series I can’t decide yet if I’m
going to do a dinner’s one or a slow
cooker one but I wanted to get some slow
cook recipes in regardless and this is
something I’ve wanted to try for ages so
you can see the chicken’s like all
shredded and it’s gone nice and Saucy
and this just tastes so good so I’m
thinking this would be really good with
like rice noodles so I’m going to put
this in the fridge tonight and then I
think I’m going to have it tomorrow so
yeah that is another recipe in the bag
and I’m really pleased with that
one before I get changed to go to the
gym I know I’m going to feel a little
bit snuck when I get back so I’ve got
some pretzels um these sha pretzels are
great and I’ve made this sort of like
makeshift trail mix so I’ve got pretzels
a few left over pecan nuts some jumbo
raisins and some marshmallows I really
love a combination of sweet and savory
and this is like a nice sort of picky
bowl that we can put out while we watch
film when we get home and just have a
little snacky snack this
evening so that is it for my what I eat
in a day spend the day with me video um
it’s kind of been a bit of a mish mash
everything but I hope you enjoyed it I
hope it’s giving you some food
inspiration lots of really cool ideas
and that Tika flatbread like I will be
making that again so I’m going to pop
the recipe for that down below and
obviously everything else is pretty easy

  2. Awww i cant eat the Schar pain au chocolat 😭 they're made with gluten-free wheat and apparently that hurts my guts almost as much as gluten does. Their breads and biscuits are great though.

  3. Everything looks so good! I love these videos too.
    I am keto (dirty/lazy/occasionally clean😅) but mostly gluten free. After my test results come back I have a feeling i'll be staying gluten free.

    An average day for me if I eat breakfast..
    I have scrambled eggs with cream and himalayan salt for breakfast.
    A salad with boiled eggs, salami and creamy sauce- H salt, pepper, garlic powder, mayo and greek yogurt for lunch.
    Cheese cubed or seaweed snacks or low sugar high protein chocolate or lite jelly for arvo tea.
    And quite often meat and salad for dinner with home made olive oil, white vinegar, cooking salt dressing.
    I make choc paddle pops for dessert 😁 or cheesecake fluff using skinny mixers for flavour with cream cheese, thickened cream and a little sweetener.
