five things you must know when you’re
cooking shrimp the first thing is when
you’re boiling the water with bay leaf
garlic onion and tomato you got to let
it boil for 30 minutes before you add
your shrimp that way it absorbs all the
flavor the second one is you only have
to cook it for 3 minutes and that’s it
take it out let it rest and that’s going
to continue finished cooking the third
one is now you peel it and this is the
fastest way you pinch it right here okay
between the tail you pinch it and it’s
it removes automatically half of it
right away and I’m telling you it’s the
fastest way and the fourth one the most
important of all you got to cook the
shrimp with the shell on because that’s
what’s going to give it the flavor and
the fifth one do not throw away the
broth because you can use it for your
melada ELO and enjoy

  1. I Agree with You about Peeling.. But Me I gotta Devein Them Shrimp That Vein Eeww Top & Bottom Veins.. I live Bayou Lands

  2. The 6th one which is one of the most important ones is DE-VEIN… the poop canal we want CLEAN shrimp!

  3. I de-vein and never in boiling water…2-3 minutes hot water then cool on tray and into cold clamato for cocktail🥰

  4. De-veining it would be advisable…by peeling off the top (its back) where the shrimp's poop is located…otherwise one would be eating shrimp poop….it will change the flavor quite a bit…
