Ingredients:
– 1 can chickpeas
– 1 roasted capsicum
– 3-4 roasted garlic cloves
– pinch of salt
– herbs (optional)
– extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
– Blend canned chickpeas, roasted capsicum and garlic
– Add a pinch of salt for taste and blend until smooth
– Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and add herbs (chilli flakes)

Serve warm with fresh bread or any other dippers. Enjoy!
