    So here’s the recipie.

    1 Large Egg
    10.5g Coconut Flour
    1g Baking Powder
    25g of your favorite Mayo (I use Dukes)
    50g tap water.
    Hefty pinch of salt
    Around 5g Smoked Paprika
    Around 10ish g Garlic Powder
    Around 25g of Cubed Sharp Cheddar to sprinkle on top when the batter goes in.

    About the same amount if the seasoning goes into some melted butter.

    You may want to adjust the seasoning as I just went by my eye and heart.

    Macros are, per Crono:

    370 KCal for two of these.
    13.5g Protein
    4.6g Net Carbs, 7g Total
    34.6g Fat

    Carbs might vary depending on your cheese. Mine added a grab of carbs.
