Ingredients:
Ground beef 400g
Fine bulgur 250 gr
Semolina 80 gr
Wheat flour 80 gr
One egg
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
One teaspoon of dried paprika
Rosemary and marjoram ½ teaspoon each.
You have to knead the dough for a long time, it took me about 30 minutes

Fry the minced meat on low heat

Dissolve tomato paste in hot water
Set aside for 15-20 minutes
Wheat flour 80 gr
Such dough has to be kneaded for a long time, it took me about 30 min
Set aside for 20 minutes
You can make any shape you want.
You can deep-fry or boil in water
