Blueberry Bliss Pancake Syrup.
We’re making Sherri’s Blueberry pancake syrup today at Pioneer Valley. Start by adding lots of blueberry juice into the kettle. Then add ascorbic acid (vitamin C). That helps the blueberry juice stay blue during the cooking process. Then add in sugars and magic and cook it all up in the kettle. Move the hot syrup into the hopper, bottle it up with our custom filling machine, cap the jars and then carefully place a label on the jars.
