I spread the veg on two sheet pans, drizzled with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Roast at 400 for fifteen minutes, then move the green beans to half of the sheet pan. Add the tenderloin to the open space, with a drizzle of olive oil. Roast for another thirty minutes. Let rest for ten before slicing the meat, serve and enjoy. I used Trader Joe’s garlic peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin, and it turned out juicy, and delicious.
