Should work just fine; it’s what I use when making chicken fingers and such
Cover your chicken with hot-sauce laced mayo first

That’s what I use minus the almond flour. Even just crushed pork rinds is perfect

Almond flour will just add calories and a bit of grit. I love the cheese and pork rind recipe though.

For me this kind of cheese honestly works better for breading!

When i make chicken tenders i use pork panko (pork rinds), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and a bit of cayenne for a kick. For the wet ingredients I just use an egg and a bit of heavy whipping cream, beaten with a fork.

I just dredge in egg wash and use flavored pork rinds. I happen to have spicy ones so I’ll use those this week.

This is what I just used yesterday during my prep cooking (minus the Almond flour).
