New breakfast fave – Bobs old country muesli. Been topping it with blueberries flax and hemp seed.
Been looking for a quick cereal without added sugar and this ticks the box. It hearty and a little goes a long way.

If you like that, I’d suggest you give Dorset cereal a try. There are a number of different flavours. I use if as part of a ‘mix’ (Kashi or Wheat Bran Squares on the bottom and about 1/2 cup of Dorset on top. (The sugars come from the dried fruit; no added sugar).
