matter put it in a food processor with

parsley start blending your kabano beans
and your herbs and while that’s going
start peeling in your
garlic go ahead and add your

tahini if it gets too thick just add
water and while that’s getting nice and
smooth go ahead and throw in your
garlic for this part you’re going to
want to wear

there add flour until it’s just about

build first you’re going to put on the

sauce sumac
fries on top of that go the lettuce and
Falafel throw the tomatoes
in the red onion from
earlier

tsiki a cheeky bit of feta

cheese roll it up cut it and serve
