good morning and welcome to Heavenly
Home STS if you guys are new to the
channel I am Stephanie and I’m excited
I’m always excited to cook I really am
well some days I’m not but today I
really am cuz I’m making a breakfast
pizza and Rick doesn’t like breakfast
pizza and he’s on the road today so he’s
not even going to be home today for
lunch or breakfast or any of that so
it’s all about me day and I’m going to
make a breakfast pizza and it’s kind of
mid morning where I’m at right now so
I’m like I can have this for lunch and I
can have this for my brunch I can have
this for dinner tonight if I want to but
then you know if I get this all done and
get my mess cleaned up maybe I can take
a nap because right now I just feel like
I’ve got all my work done this morning
I’m so excited so we’re going to start
with one of these little gadgets again
let’s spray I didn’t get my spray pan
out I get some extras of these the other
day cuz I really want wanted to make a a
breakfast pizza didn’t know for sure if
I would have the time but I do wooo I’m
excited so let’s get this
open oh these little things
are terrible sometimes just
terrible
it’s going to try to ruin my morning but
it’s not going to happen cuz you know if
I get you fed up with it I got another
one in the refrigerator I’ll switch them
out all
right oh you guys this one is a p
okay told you I would win yeah I may
have messed it up a little a little bit
but we will piece it
together all right the little
stinker thought it was going to
win all right let’s get this spr out on
this
pan
we used to when I worked um the girls in
the office and we had like a rental
department in the area that would rent
out Vehicles so we would all take turns
and we would switch Saturdays because
the the place was open on Saturdays and
um sometimes on Saturdays when you work
they would either go out for breakfast
or we would go out for lunch you know so
you made sure you took
money somebody would run and get the
lunch for you or the
breakfast and that’s what we would do
cuz we couldn’t leave so and that was
okay because it was all overtime we like
the
overtime and sometimes we would get
breakfast pizza from the gas station I
have not had breakfast pizza in so long
so
long now they didn’t make it with this
kind of cross they made it probably with
a pizza cross but I thought this is
going to be pretty
easy anybody should be able to do
this this one’s being a little stinker
though this one was all broke up inside
here see what I got

my oven is
warm I didn’t forget to turn it on today
wooo it’s not going together like I want
it to but it’s still going to work I
know it’s going to Let’s pinch these
pieces together
so they will all become nice and solid I
don’t know what that must be a piece of
cardboard that I got in
there
okay still okay it’s just the
cardboard

we’re going to do a little bit of
forking
again he came apart again they’re not
going to win I’m going to win this
battle you guys so you just might as
well stay
together and as it bakes it’ll come
together too so all right I am going to
drizzle just a little bit of oil oh my
lid came off on
top and I do kind of have a recipe you
guys we can link it down below if you
are interested in
it or we can email it to you let me know
what you
prefer okay let’s get it in the
oven I’m going to set that timer for 7
minutes because remember we’re going to
cook this again we need to get
this
started my pan
here looks like I got something in that
too all right I’m going to get a w paper
towel I absolutely love my plugins right
here you guys I don’t know if I told you
that
but we had these put in the counter here
look like I got some dust but I just
cleaned this yesterday
so all right so we’re going to turn this
up trash over there cuz that’s how I’m
feeling
today I clean the mass I can throw it in
the corner
woohoo I’m going to get some butter in
here get it
melted
and because I’m such an onion girl I
want to cook some
onions so we’re going to chop these up
fine and we’re going to cook our
scrambled eggs in that and I’m just
going to cook my onions right in my
scrambled eggs so that way it’s kind of
pre-cooked before it goes into the
oven
now remember you guys this is a
breakfast pizza you can put anything you
want on it if you had leftover sausage
or you know I’m going to put bacon bits
on it if I had bacon in there I put
bacon on it you know I’m going to put
the kobby cheese you can use any kind of
cheese you want
to all right I’m going to put these in
here and I got to help my dog I’ll be
right back
guys remember how I said I have the
older dog and she has a hard time
getting out of her bed it’s a I can’t
get any smaller of a mattress for her um
and I don’t want just one of those
little round ones cuz I just don’t feel
like they’re comfortable enough for her
and her bones and everything so we got
her a little bit more expensive one it’s
kind of a a memory foam type mattress
and it’s nice and comfortable for
her all
right we’re going to shred up this rest
of this Kobe cheese and if this is not
enough then I’ll just add some cheese
that I have in the freezer
refrigerator kind of sauté these a
little
bit now if you guys don’t want onions
don’t put onions green pepper red pepper
yellow
pepper I’m just giving you guys a
base
I don’t want that
plastic all
right all right I don’t think that’s
going to be enough but we’ll see once we
get the pizza
out all right so let’s get this and this
and this out of
here we’re going to let these sauté for
for just a minute you
guys I don’t know if I
can I did now this is sausage
gravy that I can when you can they
technically say that you’re not supposed
to can melt products you guys I’m not
saying it’s right and wrong I just think
the FDA has not approved
it so I’m not for sure if they they
tried it but what I don’t understand is
is you can buy
this stuff in a huge can sure they made
some add some preservatives to it but
you know I have canned pork and and beef
and chicken and I know it’s the Melt
product that’s in here but it’s worked
for me so what I do is I buy a big can
at my box store here in our area and I
take that down and I put it in little
pint-sized jars and I recan it and it
smells and it looks just fine it’s so
good you guys and it’s convenient when I
don’t want to have to make it from
scratch because sometimes I don’t have
time to do it always from scratch let’s
turn this
down we are going to now they say you
should not do your eggs this way you
guys but I’m not picky on my scrambled
eggs I really am
not I’m not going to dirty another dish
to do this so I’m going to turn this
down
and I’m going to add about five
eggs yeah I didn’t separate them
so we’re going to do one
more all right so now what I’m going to
do cuz I don’t want
to get another dish dirty I’m just going
to kind of stir these and make scrambled
eggs right in my
pan I’m going to add a little bit of
milk whatever I think is
good to My
Pan and I’m going to scramble these eggs
now they say you’re just supposed to
let your egg sit and you go through it
once and you go through it twice you
know three times I don’t do that you
guys seriously I am going to add another
one
in all
right so we’re going to get that going
in here I do have my fire turned down a
little bit it’s just un warm let’s turn
it back up
again put the eggs to the side I’m going
to add a little bit of pepper I’m not
going to add salt because
my my sausage gravy has salt in it and
I’m content with what that has in it
let’s put this stuff
away put the cheese over here cuz I’m
going to put the hot pan over
here all right let’s check that see what
it looks
like
all right I’m going
to turn it around in my
oven because my oven is hotter on the
back side cuz of
the the orices are hotter in the back on
my oven so we’re going
to get these eggs
going
oh let’s set that timer guys don’t want
to forget and burn that just about three
more minutes I think let’s put this
stuff back in the
fridge I like to clean as I cook you
guys I just feel like everything is
pretty much
clean you know and I try to throw stuff
away I like to keep my counter
clean okay I’m going to turn these
off
I’m going to chop them up a little bit
cuz I want little small
pieces if you want the bigger pieces
that’s
fine
okay put the pan over here oh my
stomach’s growling you guys
woo
so what’s happening in your area you
guys what’s going
on are you working today did you work
today you know tell me a little bit you
know about your job do you like your job
or do you just work because that’s what
there is out there nowadays this world
is just so different okay let’s check it
well they didn’t piece together like I
wanted them to but I think if I can push
them together a little bit this one was
going to give me a hard time all
together and that cooked really fast
they wanted this on 425 and I’m going to
turn my oven down to 350 they wanted
this on 425 and I turned it on 375 and I
got to cook it again I don’t want this
to
burn all right so let’s put this gravy
on
top this is going to be kind of like my
sauce you
know see how nummy that gravy looks it’s
good you
guys now when I Cann the gravy I did
have to even though everything was
pre-cooked I did have to can it and
consider it like it was raw meat so I
did have to put it in the pintes I had
to put it in there in the pressure caner
for 75 5 minutes now not everybody does
that and that’s that’s their choice you
know that’s just how I did
it all right I got a little bit
more in
here those S of putting that in the
refrigerator all right so now we’re
going to take the
eggs we’re going to sprinkle the eggs on
top I was telling you about one of the
girls molting my lorata she decided to
mol in the middle of winter the poor
girl I call her lorata because she’s my
talker it’s like she just sings to me
when I’m out
there and we didn’t know she was molting
and I explained that to one in one of
the videos and she’s now gotten her
father’s back she is so beautiful and
she’s back to talking to me again and
she’s letting me p again oh she’s my
girl oh I didn’t spill nothing guys no I
did
not all right here we go we got the eggs
on
there see if I got him kind of all over
now we’re going to sprinkle some bacon

bits I don’t want really a lot because I
already have the pork sausage and I
don’t want it too much salt so I’m just
going to kind of do a
handful let’s see if I got enough cheese
or if I need to add some more and again
if you want a different kind of
cheese put a different kind of cheese on
there you guys
I’m just kind of giving you the basics
you know you Vamp it up if you want to
make like a um like a spinach and tomato
and onion you could do that too that
would be really good a healthier
version this is going to be enough
cheese all right we’re going to put this
back in the oven for 5 minutes or so and
then we’ll get it back out you know
sometimes with cooking with the darker
pans and I don’t know if it’s just me
thinking out loud you know um sometimes
I feel
like it Cooks your food quicker and I
don’t know why and I could be totally
wrong but I don’t usually use dark pans
but my light one is um full right now
this is all going to be throw it away
anyway so I need to get some more light
ones because I really like using the
light ones
better you guys we didn’t set the timer
we’re going to set up for 4 minutes

all right we got about three more
minutes and something fell in the
sink it looks so good I’m so excited M
it smells so good my stomach is still
growling so
bad and Scooby-Do you want some
breakfast do you want some breakfast
pizza too you such a the boy yes you are
sure show boy you are show boy you are
yes tell you dance you dance yes you do
and you talk can you talk to Mama can
you talk to Mama you’re such a d boy yes
you are
yes he will talk he will sit back and we
say he uses his inside voices sometimes
and not so because when he uses his
inside voice nothing comes out he tries
to sit there go he
goes and he’ll talk to you but nothing
comes out it’s so
funny you guys look at that oh my
gosh oh that
cheese
I don’t even want to wait for it to cool
but I need to we’re going to get a
little square oh that come out
good all right let’s move this
over
and I like the crust crispy like this so
this is
good but I need somebody over for
breakfast because I won’t be to eat all
this you
guys I hope Rick does try
it oh my my
goodness that is
amazing that sausage gravy and that
cheese and that bacon that I didn’t want
to put the bacon BTS down there you guys
but I’m glad I
did I’m almost speechless on how good
this is you guys
seriously this is so good well I’m going
to let you go so I can enjoy my
breakfast I hope you guys enjoyed this

  1. Seen somethings strange you mite want to try just for yourself. Peanut butter sweet onion sandwichs. Theres different ways to make so do your resurch and let us know witch way you like best!

  3. Gnarly. That’s the way my dad made scrambled eggs, he never scrambled them before putting them in the pan.
