This recipe is one of the best if not the best Blueberry Muffin recipe ever. Crispy on the outside & Moist on the inside.

Recipe:
1. Blueberry: Fresh is preferred, but frozen will work too. 2 to 3 cups.
2. Ingredients for Crumble Topping: 1/3 cup (50 grams) of All Purpose Flour, 1/4 cup (50 grams)
Sugar, 3 tbsp (45 grams) unsalted butter, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt,
Method: Roughly mix the ingredients and leave it aside. It should be crumbly.
3. Dry Ingredients for Muffin: 2 cups plain flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder.
Method: Shift the flour through a strainer. Keep it aside.
4. Wet Ingredients for Muffin: 1/2 cup of soft / room temperature butter, 1 cup of sugar, lemon zest
from a whole lemon, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, Lemon juice from half a lemon.
Method: Mix butter, sugar, lemon zest till fluffy and air is incorporated. Add one raw egg and mix
again till fluffy. Add another egg and mix again till airy. Add 2 tsp of vanilla essence.
5. In a separate bowl mix the milk and lemon juice. Miz and set aside.
Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient mixture. Mix them and add the Milk and lemon
mixture. Mix them again till they just combine.
6. It is important to not over mix the batter at this stage.
7. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix till combined. Leave a little bit of the dry ingredient to
toss the blueberries in.
8. Add two cups of blueberries into the left over dry ingredient. Toss and coat the blueberries.
9. Add the blueberries to the batter and mix gently,
10. Use a muffin tray and cup cake liners for baking. Add the batter using a spoon. Do not completely fill the cups. Add a topping of blueberry, Add the Crumble topping around it.
11. Preheat the oven to 190 Celsius or 374 F.
12. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes till golden brown. Cooking times may vary based on your oven.

today I’m going to make blueberry
muffins this will be one of the best
blueberry muffin recipes let’s get
started I recently went for a blueberry
picking so I have lots of blueberries I
also made a blueberry cheesecake if you
have not seen the video link is in the
description let’s start with the crumble
topping for that I have taken 1/3 cup of
allpurpose flour 1/4 cup of sugar 1/
teaspoon of camon 3 tbsp of unsalted
butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt combine
them well and set aside detailed recipe
is also in the description let’s prepare
the dry ingredient for the better 2 cups
of plain
flour 1/4 taspo salt and 2 taspo baking
powder ship them through a
strainer let’s prepare the wet
ingredients for the batter take half2
cup of soft butter add 1 cup of sugar
and a whole lemon Gest mix them well
till they are fluffy add an egg and mix
well once it’s completely combined add
another egg and mix
again add 2 teaspoon of pure vanilla
Essence as you can see there is lots of
mixing so you can also use a electric
hand
mixture in a separate Bowl take 3/4 cup
of milk about half a lemon juice and
keep them
aside let’s add half of the dry
ingredients to the W mixture mix
them add the milk and the lemon mixture
mix them again now add rest of the dry
ingredients leave a little bit of the
flour mixture uh mix till the
ingredients combined do not over
mix add two cups of blueberries into the
leftover flour mix if you don’t do this
blueberries will sink to the
bottom combine and set aside
I’m using a muffin tray and cupcake
liners add the B but don’t feel it
completely top it up with the blueberry
each now add the crumble toppings that
we made in the

190 bake for 30 to 35 minutes or till
golden

  1. Have to be honest and say I (Dave), tune in for the Indian recipes and don't bake much these days. But, have to say these do look absolutely amazing and Ginny loves blueberries and has the sweet tooth so she would love these for sure! Only snag is not sure we've room in the cupboards for baking ingredients as space all taken up with spices and BBQ ingredients!
