today I’ll be making roasted potatoes
pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees you
will need 2 pounds of red potatoes 5
cloves of garlic 1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon
of black pepper 2 teaspoons of sea salt
and parsley for garnishing make sure
your potatoes have been thoroughly
rinsed cut the smaller potatoes in half
and cut the larger potatoes into
quarters and then set them aside now
[Music]
place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and
evenly spread them out season the
potatoes with the salt pepper and garlic
powder now add the garlic then the olive
oil and mix until your potatoes are well
coated

them to cook for one hour stirring

  3. Looks Delicious! I made mine with russet potatoes because I already had some at home but I followed every instruction. Smelled so good when I mixed the ingredients together. Making it as a side dish for a lemon and garlic tilapia and white rice mixed with veggies! Thank you for sharing!
