My wife and I bought this 2014 bottle directly from the vineyard in 2019. We haven’t opened it as it has a lot of sentimental value. I don’t know much about wine and I was wondering if it’s likely to have gone bad by now, or how much longer it will last (if at all)?

If stored properly this bottle should still be in good shape. Would not hold for much longer, though.
I’d pop that bad boy sooner than later 🙂 make it into an event- grab some Sardinian foods, put on the godfather or something. If you laid it down properly it should drink well now. If you wait, might be risking it a bit
