• 300g 00 flour
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
• 200ml warm water
• Vodka sauce

• Salami slices

Instructions:
• Dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
• In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add olive oil and the yeast mixture.
• Mix until it forms a dough, then knead on a floured surface until smooth.
• Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with cling film, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
• Preheat your oven to its maximum temperature. Consider using an Air Fryer Oven(if have one) for faster, more efficient cooking, which helps prevent the pizza from drying out.
• Roll out the dough to your desired thickness, add vodka sauce, Parmesan mozzarella cheese mix, salami slices, and bake until the crust is golden.
• Serve while hot!
