Teriyaki chicken bowls! Plain calrose rice, steamed broccoli (steamed from frozen), and chicken breast sautéed & tossed with Primal Kitchen Foods No-soy teriyaki sauce.

I cut up the chicken, tossed it with a mixture of cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to coat. I cooked the chicken (seared the pieces 4 minutes each side then flipped and cooked 4 more minutes), then added the sauce to the pan, stirred to coat, and let it simmer for 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken.
