Does anyone have experience selling gum paste flowers only?
I make these gum paste flowers and decorate cakes but I was thinking about selling them alone maybe on eBay or go to local bakeries and try to sell them.

Im literally so obsessed it makes me want to get good at actual nice cake decorating so I could use them

There will be bakers who will definitely buy them! The thing to note is how are u gonna pack them with absolute care.. Especially the long petals..
From my experience, as much as I tell bakers (who doesn’t handle fondant much) to handle their orders with care, when something breaks on site, they will panic n not know what to do..
Out of goodwill, I would usually redo/fix them with no extra charge cause it is for their paying customers.. Now, I’ll always advise them to do a self collect so any enquiries, they could ask me on the spot. Anything that breaks, it’s on them.
I guess u do have to educate them first or print labels on how to handle gumpaste flowers.
