sha for kidstop press and I’m here with
yet another fun healthy yummy quick to
make recipe so this is a recipe that you
moms need to try out with your little
ones we’re making a smoothie bowl and
what essentially it is Smoothie bowls
are basically smoothies layer with
toppings like mule or nuts seeds fruit
pieces to make it a wholesome meal so
let’s get started to start with a
smoothie Bowl let’s start with a cup of
freshly chopped mangoes we’ll top it
with some Greek yogurt if you don’t have
Greek yogurt available you can get some
regular yogurt and you can hang it for
30 minutes so that most of the water is
drained away so you get this thick
creamy Rich yogurt once the yogurt goes
in all we need to do is blend you can
add a dash of Honey or a little bit of
sugar if you think you’re in for the
sweet taste but I think the mango

suffices look at this thick and Rich
puree this is a basic smoothie which I
I’m converting it to a smoothie Bowl all
I want to do is garnish it with a little
apple you can use some bananas if you
like but apples are absolutely in
seasoned layer it with some nice almond
granola finally a dash of my
healthy super food that’s Gia
seeds you can indulge in this for
breakfast or as a lunch meal and there
