Dinner tonight: Prawns cooked from scratch. Avocado, rocket, spinach, watercress salad, tomato, sweet pepper. Marinade: olive oil, lime juice from fresh limes/rind, hot chilli powder, cumin and a dried birdseye chilli. And more lime. 30 mins marinated then throw prawns into pan with more olive oil in the pan, fry, serve. (I ignored some of the ingredients [garlic/fresh coriander] cuz I couldn’t be bothered to go to the shop a third time – basically cooking prawns with lime juice is divine in itself). Yum 😁
