Hello friends! One day has passed, and i took some of your advices, added a clean ziplock bag with some water in it to weigh down the radishes yesterday.
Seems to be bubbling, which is a good sign right? But what about the sediments at the bottom? Is it too soon for me to taste it now to determine its flavor?
