  1. OMG Christina ! I am coming to sit at your trapezie ! That sound of that crunch when you bit into the Baklava ! Po Po….and how high was that Galatoboureko ? I’m in Love ! Bless ta Xairakia Sou 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

  2. I still remember the one episode of ‘Christine Cooking Live’ when your mom came in the show. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the dish but I do remember the making of the béchamel sauce that it has some Greek origins to it.

  3. Greetings from the Kingdom of Morocco.. ❤
The challenge is to make Moroccan pastilla:
    * Salty using white fish meat and seafood
    Or
    * with chicken and almonds, which combines salty and sweet at the same time.
I am sure you will succeed in this.😊

  4. I used to love my mums Greek food after she passed away I decided to try to make some Greek food I was pretty good at it however I am now disabled and can’t do it anymore all I can do is is dream

  5. I remember having tsoureki but with a whole egg baked into it? Was that just a fluke or is that also an option? I'm sorry, but I just can't choose (although eliminating the poor lamb was easy since I'm vegan) but those patatas would have been scarfed up by me in no time!!!! Even the bottom of the pan would have been shiny. Mmmmmm Greek food!

  6. My family always has Greek lamb, Greek meatballs over orzo noodles, and vasilopita with red dyed eggs put into the top. I am not sure why they chose vasilopita for their Easter bread. Baklava, kourabiedes with cloves in the top smothered with powdered sugar.

  7. I can never shape koulourakia like that Kristina. Any way I hope you and your family have a Blessed Pascha. Hopefully it will be warmer by Cinco DE Mayo to roast a lamb on the rotating spit by then.

  8. I make all your recipes with most slightly better results, always being complained at for the mess in the kitchen but that is Helenic cooking.
