Do these tomato plants look ok? They aren’t really growing but also don’t look terrible?
They get good sunlight at least 6 hours a day unless it’s cloudy, growing in NC so not really cold, got soil and stuff from a local nursery, water every 3-5 days.
Any thoughts?

I think they are fine. I have one a little like it and just growing at its own pace

Just keep doing what you are doing. They look healthy maybe your temps aren’t quite high enough yet for them to thrive in that location…just be patient for now I say.

They look fine – once it heats up they will likely grow much faster.
