yeah you seen the title in the thumbnail
and yep we got swine on the menu today I
know a lot of y’all don’t eat it but I
do and I’m going show you guys how to
make Bic honey pork chops you going to
love this one get in your kitchen let’s
go all right let’s do a quick rundown of
today’s recipe back here we have our
boneless pork chops now guys you can use
bone in pork chops it’s totally up to
you I’m using like a inch and a half
thick boneless pork chop bone in Works
doesn’t matter how thin or thick it all
works for this particular recipe bamc
vinegar we have honey some blackberry
jam soy sauce olive oil sriracha sauce
freshly chopped garlic some freshly
chopped parsley for garnishing some
spicy brown mustard and some paprika so
these are the ingredients let’s go ahead
and get to it all right so we’re going
to start off by preparing our marinade
so we’re going to add our blackberry jam
here our bomic vinegar our
honey the Jean mustard I’m sorry spicy
brown mustard out
garlic soy sauce sriracha sauce and a
little paprika and all we’re going to do
is get that little mix get it all
combined all right now we’re going to
bring our pork chops back over and we’re
going to continue so now we’re going to
take half hour marinade and we have
about a we have about two cups so we’re
going to pour about a cup over our pork
chops like
this and we’re going to get all these
babies submerged into our
marinade and we’re going to let these
marinate for a minimum of an hour all
the way up to overnight depending on
your pref your preference but I’m going
to let mine marinade for about an hour
then we’re going to come back so now
we’re over at our stove we let our pork
chops marinade I let mine marinate for 2
hours the longer the better like I say
and we’re just going to heat up this pan
with some vegetable oil bring that up to
temperature and once you see that that
oil is starting to Shimmer you want to
start adding your
chops and guys we’re going to let this
cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per
side all right so we’re going to start
flipping these babies
here going to do another 3 minutes on
this side

all right so we’re going to remove these
and set them on the side while we
complete our other two pork chops now
these babies are not fully cook so we’re
just going to set them aside we’re going
to add our other
two 3 to 4 minutes on each side for
these two also

all right so now we’re about two 3
minutes in on this side we’re going to
put these to the side we’re going to
leave them in there we’re going to add
our other ones back in
here and we’re going to take the
remaining of our marinade and this is
not the marinade that the the meat was
in this is the reserved marinade you can
use that marinade that the meat was in I
typically try not to do that when I’m
cooking I I just like I rather make
extra so we’re going to let this cook
with the remaining pork chops for about
3 to 5 minutes we want that sauce to
start to thicken as it

Cooks all right guys so it looks like we
are done we’re going to go ahead and
turn our heat off and as you can see our
sauce a marinade has thickened up man
that’s looking good right there oh man
so we’re going to add a little parsley
to

this let’s get these babies plated up
and head over to Quality Control
