    Sourdough bread. One side with Swiss cheese. The other side with blackberry jam. I found seedless. Add a few slices of bacon (pre cooked ahead of time) and a couple slices of jalapeño for the middle then cook on a low medium to cook each side. You don’t want to over cook the bread too fast.

    Sourdough is my favorite too. Supposed to be the best bread for you, aside from whole wheat. (So I’ve heard).
