What are these assholes that invited themselves to my tomatoes?!

Hi everyone, could somebody please help me identifying these tiny assholes?

We currently have below zero (celsius) during the night so I take my tomatoes inside from our balcony and woke up to these all over our living room (at least the cats have entertainment – whether it is catching these bastards or me having meltdowns because I hate insects) and I cannot find anything anywhere. I use chicken manure. How can I get rid of them without killing the tomatoes?
