    Achiote Pollo asado – over rated, it was good, maybe even great but lacking what I was looking for. The color was phenomenal and the cooking was done pretty spot on.

    Chuck Steak, I had no idea it could be cooked like an actual steak, i only knew it as a stewing meat, this came out WAY better than i expected! Pulled them at 135-137deg

    Sausage…..whats there to say, its always good, this was either Opa’s brand or HEB brand.
