I was gifted this bottle several years ago. It’s so pretty that we kept it unopened. I’m having a retirement party and am thinking I would like to open the bottle to share with friends but am not sure what this is or what’s the best way to enjoy it. Can anyone identify and teach me how it’s properly served? As you can see, there is approx 3 inches of sediment settled at the bottom of the bottle. The date on the tag says 2015 11.

Thank you!

Nigori sake. It’s sweet and served chilled.
