I'm just starting to try Greek yogurt (I know! I'm way behind) to help increase my protein. Here is a cheesecake-ish dessert I recently tried. It's very good and has 17.4 grams of protein. Not bad for a dessert!
Full recipe shown. Yields two, 151 calorie servings.
For the blueberries, I reduced them with a little water and cooled in the fridge.
Note! You only use 7 grams of the jello. Don't use the whole box.
