ingredients:-
400 gram lamb meat
1 cup Half Boiled chickpea
1 cup lentil
1/2 cup rice
1 onion
1/2 tomatoes
1/2 cup barley noodles
3 tb spoon oil
3 tb spoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon turmeric
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
1/2 tea spoon cumin
2 tb spoon tomato paste
2 tb flour
1/2 lemon
3 cloves of garlic
Some fresh parsley
Some fresh coriander

PROCESS
pour cooking oil and olive oil in a pressure cooker then put the meat and onion fry till meat change its colour after that put the half Boiled chickpea, lentil, rice, fresh parsley and fresh coriander then add Water and cook for 30 min.for tomato sauce first put the tomatoes in Boiled water for 2 min then take it out cool it and remove its skin then chopped it with lemon and garlic for a min then add the tomato paste and flour mix well and add water mix it again. now transfer the soup into another pot add barley noodles and the tomatoes sauce and cook for 15 min till the soup got thickened. now serve it .
believe me it was very delicious try it
