First post….
I’m excited I got a new Anova looking forward to see the features Wi-Fi adds to this. I purchased the container with the rack and top as well. Those items just haven’t arrived. No more plastic wrap over pots lol… Probably gonna use it for the first time this weekend… just not sure what I would like to cook… I’ll keep you all posted on how things turn out.

I had the monoprice one and got this one on sale. The Anova send to circulate better, but has a higher pitch whine to it. The Monoprice one seemed to be more silent. Don’t know if the whine bothers me enough, but my chuck roast came out better.
