A little bit of leftovers: the salmon I made the other day. They got a marinade of soy, mirin, ginger, and garlic. And throw in the air fryer with a sprinkle of cayenne.

I made the lotus brown rice soba, chopped up the carrots and the not bok choi but cousin greens. I didn’t cook these, I drained the noodles over the vegetables so they would stay crisp.

While waiting for the noodles I made a sauce with tahini, soy sauce, and a little bit of black vinegar. And more cayenne. Then added it all to the bowl – the noodles and veggies mixed with sauce and topped with salmon.
